Incompetent

It's the incompetence for me 
Never acknowledging your wrong doings 
Completely unable to support or stand up for those you're responsible for 
Over the top or "doing the most" as always 
Missing or misrepresenting the point
Pure idiocy 
Escaping your mouth whenever you speak
Timid with most, yet try to assert yourself unnecessarily with some
Even though you fail 
Never stops you from 
Trying and failing yet again
